  • Identify you when you contact us (via. telephone, email or our online Repair Tracking System).
  • Help identify accounts, invoices, services and/or products which you could have from us.
  • Help contact you about improved administration of any accounts, services and products we have provided before, do provide now or may provide in the future – unless you have specifically told us not to inform you of such improvements.
  • Carry out strictly anonymous in-house marketing analysis, including creating statistical and testing information – to make improvements to our services to you.
  • Help to prevent and detect fraud or loss.

We may employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail, sending email and processing payments through PayPal or iZettle. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage and disclosure of personally identifiable customer information. Our security procedures mean that we may request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you.

It is important for you to protect against unauthorised access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to log out of our Repair Tracking System (or close your browser) when finished.

Our Website uses a 'cookie' to identify customers who are logged into our Repair Tracking System, online support chat or book a call-out system. When you firstly access our website, you give permission for our server to generate a unique string (a PHP Session ID, around 100 characters in length) and store it in your browser as a cookie named 'KNETSESSIONID'. This cookie then identifies your browser if you login to any of our services during your session. The cookie is cleared when you close your browser at the end of your session. This cookie is essential for login to any of our services. We do not use any other cookies on Our Website, we do not use cookies for any other purpose than for login security and we do not use any third party cookies. Our cookie policy complies with ICO's GDPR Guidelines and EU Cookie Law.

Like many other websites, Kiano.Net makes use of log files. The information inside the log files includes Internet Protocol (IP) address, date/time of page request, and the pages requested. IP addresses and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. Therefore, our log files do not contain any personally identifyable information. None of the information from logs is shared outside of Kiano.Net, it's stored on our server and may only used to review our site's demand, for your security, and to improve our service to you.

Our site may include links to other websites (third parties). We do not provide any personally identifiable customer information to these third-party websites.
